1. General Returns

  • Return Window: You may request a return for eligible items within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Eligibility Conditions: To be eligible for a return, items must be:
    • Unopened and Unused: Due to the nature of perfumes, products must be in their original, unopened, and sealed packaging. We cannot accept returns on items that have been opened, used, or tampered with, unless they are defective.
    • In their original condition and packaging, with all original tags and seals intact.
    • Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email, receipt).
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Opened or used perfumes (unless defective).
    • Items purchased on final sale or marked as non-returnable.
    • Gift cards.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at sales@ultraskin-us.com or call us at +1 305 488 1946 within the return window. Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Await Authorization: Do not send items back before receiving a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions from us.
  3. Package Your Return: Securely package the unopened and unused item in its original packaging. Include your proof of purchase and the RMA number provided.
  4. Ship Your Return: You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to our error (see “Damaged or Incorrect Items” below). We recommend using a trackable shipping service (like USPS, which we use for outgoing free shipping) or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us. 3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us at sales@ultraskin-us.com or +1 305 488 1946 within 7 days of delivery.
  • Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence of the damage or incorrect item.
  • We will assess the situation and, if validated, we will provide instructions for the return of the item at our expense and will offer you a choice of:
    • A full refund to your original payment method.
    • A replacement of the same item (subject to availability).
    • Store credit.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s) and confirm they meet the eligibility conditions, we will process your refund.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within [Insert Number, e.g., 7-10] business days of receiving and approving the return.
  • You will be notified by email once your refund has been processed.
  • Please note that original shipping charges (if any were applied outside of our standard free shipping offer) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

  • At this time, we typically do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning the eligible unopened item for a refund (as per the policy above) and placing a new order for the desired item.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
